Allan Cook
Allan has a varied martial arts background, but began training in Wing Tsun Kung Fu in 2001.  During this time Allan took advantage of the training opportunites afforded him by various masters across the world and gained a wide perspective on the art of Wing Tsun.  Beginning trainng with Sifu Vik Hothi in 2005, Allan quickly recognised the effectiveness and efficiency of his theories of biomechanics and their application to martial arts. Now a convert, and a student of sports science himself, Allan works alongside Sifu Vik Hothi and Sunny Riyat to teach and refine the IMAS curriculum.
